Join us for an intimate experience designed by Brooks sommelier and tailored for up to 8 people. You will partake in a seated tasting in our Ouroboros Room, named for the Brooks dragon logo designed by Jimi, while tasting through a special selection of our wines. We will compare single vineyard, library and winery only offerings, while looking at the effects of the Van Duzer winds and native Eola-Amity soils. Food pairings will compliment this tasting and your personal hospitality guide will share the history of Brooks and the Oregon wine story while taking you on a tour of our brand new winery.
Join Cristom Vineyards for a hosted, intimate experience. We’ll introduce you to the winery and what’s currently happening on the grounds, be it a hike through the vines or a visit to our cellar. You’ll enjoy an extended flight of both the familiar favorites of Cristom, as well as our more limited bottlings, all paired with a seasonally-inspired tasting plate.
We invite you to join us for an intimate look into our cellar with Winemaker Ken Pahlow as we taste you through our limited Single Vineyard wines, either from barrel or bottle depending on the time of year. We look forward to sharing our wines with you soon!
Enjoy a private experience in our Glamping-Inspired Tasting Tent just below our Estate Vineyard in which we'll guide you through a flight of wines from 2015, our inaugural vintage. Heated by a wood-fired stove, our Deluxe Tasting Tent provides a rustic backdrop for your experience, allowing you to enjoy the wines alongside the sights and sounds of the Lingua Franca Vineyard. A seasonal tasting plate completes the experience. Come GLAMP with us!
As you turn left off the gravelly ascent of Lone Star Road you drive underneath the iconic avenue of Douglas fir as red volcanic earth and basalt boulders herald your arrival to Seven Springs. Meet us at the overlook simply outfitted with picnic tables and a chiminea. You’re welcomed with a spread of local cheeses, charcuterie and the full flight of Evening Land’s Seven Springs Pinot Noir, Gamay & Chardonnay. As you sip you’ll look east over our oldest vines, then further across the Willamette Valley to the Cascade Range. If the air is clear, views of snow-capped Mt. Hood, Mt Adams, Mt. Ranier, and Mt. Jefferson will compete for your attention with the screech of hawks overhead.
