This unique experience allows you the opportunity to trace our history by examining the life cycle of pinot noir from its early stages in barrel to its full and elegant maturity after careful aging in our cellar. You’ll sample wines from our Library, which represent a 30-year history of pinot noir production, current selections from second-generation Winemaker, Ben Casteel, and you’ll finish with a barrel tasting of our 30th Anniversary Vintage for an exclusive glimpse at the future of Bethel Heights. Paired with seasonally inspired fare from our own kitchen.
Join us for an intimate experience designed by Brooks sommelier and tailored for up to 8 people. You will partake in a seated tasting in our Ouroboros Room, named for the Brooks dragon logo designed by Jimi, while tasting through a special selection of our wines. We will compare single vineyard, library and winery only offerings, while looking at the effects of the Van Duzer winds and native Eola-Amity soils. Food pairings will compliment this tasting and your personal hospitality guide will share the history of Brooks and the Oregon wine story while taking you on a tour of our brand new winery.
Join Cristom Vineyards for a hosted, intimate experience. We’ll introduce you to the winery and what’s currently happening on the grounds, be it a hike through the vines or a visit to our cellar. You’ll enjoy an extended flight of both the familiar favorites of Cristom, as well as our more limited bottlings, all paired with a seasonally-inspired tasting plate.
Your experience at St. Innocent Winery begins with a “Paired Tasting.” You will taste our single vineyard Pinot noirs and white wines in unique side-by-side tastings. Try Pinot noirs from three vineyards less than a mile apart in the center of the Eola-Amity Hills AVA to appreciate the significant differences in their terroir. Taste the visceral structure of two vineyards located in the far west edge of the Willamette Valley on the edge of the Coast Range. Enjoy the richness of our Alsatian style Pinot gris and Pinot blanc.
While teasing your palate with charcuterie and cheese, we will discuss the way wine works with food. We will explore how different culinary preparations work differently with specific wines. If we are your second visit of the day, your lunch will be transformed into a Winemaker Lunch.
Your visit will also include a tour of our estate vineyard, Zenith Vineyard (seasonal) and our winery. Barrel sample with us and share our excitement over the most recent vintage as we discuss the impact of each unique growing season on the personality of our wines.
